Looking to compliment our current line of packaging services, QPharm has acquired a stick pack machine for single serving 1-10 gram pouches. Stick packs are an excellent form of packaging and perfect for trade show samples or any product requiring a single dose serving.Unlike some bottles and blisters, which can be bulky and difficult to carry around, stick packs have a small, sleek design and are perfect for traveling. The width of our stick packs are set at 24mm, however the length can be easily adjusted to as short as 60mm to as long at 125mm. The standard size we produce would be comparable (if not exact) to the Crystal Light drink crystal packs that are sold in most grocery stores.Below are some pictures of the pouches. Our minimum order is 50,000 units, but we’re more than capable of handling orders well over 1,000,000 units. We also offer powder blending if needed.
